Review: The hotel is impressively decorated and has a luxurious feel, but it does have some areas for improvement. Breakfast options are extensive, yet slow to replenish during peak times. Nothing too much trouble and would have stayed for longer. Fabulous hotel with very good wi-fi, the location is amazing to slowly personnel in the restaurant. The service is excellent, includes secure parking. Besides, guests can park cars on site. They serve nice food, have a wide array of options to choose from.
Nothing it was perfect.

Had an awesome Christmas stay! The location is perfect-everything you need is just a short walk away, and the views from our huge room were stunning! The decor is lovely, and the outdoor seating area was fantastic for soaking up the festive vibes. Plus, the staff were super friendly and helpful, making our experience even better!
The breakfast could use some organization. We faced a few delays with the hot buffet running out, and it was a bit chaotic. the parking situation was a bit tight and could be frustrating at times. A few more options on the breakfast menu would have been nice too!

The Superior Privilege Room with a Bay View offers a nice vantage point to enjoy the scenery. Large windows let in plenty of light.
Parking is pretty limited and can be tight, especially during peak times. Breakfast setup seems a bit chaotic. I had to hunt for cups and sauces . Plus, only one coffee machine made for a lengthy wait. The layout of the dining area leaves something to be desired, as I noted uncovered cold food sitting out, which isn't the most appealing sight. It reminded me of the hotel was still working out its kinks, and some basic information about amenities would have been an added touch.

The lovely view from the window was nice, making for a peaceful morning.
I did notice a minor issue with the Wi-Fi connection. It was occasionally slow, which was slightly frustrating when I needed to catch up on emails.

I was really disappointed with our room. It was supposedly accessible, but felt cramped, and the bathroom was a nightmare. The shower flooded everywhere since there wasn't a barrier. We had to use towels to prevent slipping!
